Why You Should Get GPS Running Watch

well, I was like that in the past and perhaps some of my reader might be like that too. Oh the guy that used to jump on the green light, turn up late to everything and said I was on the brink of a cosmic speeding law. Then, I met my new best friend: a pace measuring wrist band.

Without this little gadget, my life was a busy blur of yellow traffic lights and sorry, I couldn’t text messages. It feels like I press the gas pedal yet the outside world has become faster than the car. This reminded me of some situational game of Frogger, but with a lot more at risk.

Then came the watch. Initially, I did not have any confidence in this technique. Another tech gadget? Really? It seemed at first that I was given more work to do than time to do it in, but after a few days I was hooked. It is rather like having a miniature, highly specialized police officer directing traffic on my wrist. It shakes when I’m likely to do the speed, starts a timer when there’s a change of light to green, and even helps me find the best path not to get stuck in traffic. What is most like having a overzealous personal assistant whose main job is to ensure I make it to my destination on time.

I could recall a time when it pulled me out from a really tough spot, figuratively of course. I was late for a very important appointment, I had my heart set on and floored the accelerator pedal. As if that was the signal for the watch to interrupt my concentration and tell me to go harder, it began to vibrate. I cracked an eye open and looked down and saw that we were in a red zone flashing. I stepped on the brake as hard as I could to avoid the ticket and what would have definitely been a heart attack.

If you never had a friend that was on time, stressed free, or a good driver, then you might need a speed tracker watch. But here’s the thing: it is not just getting an understanding that the desire for such tickets is counterproductive. It is all about altering certain behaviors when getting behind the wheel of a car. It is not exaggerating to say that you begin to look forward to traffic, decide on your routes more effectively, and generally be more easygoing on the road.

Well, if you are now willing to say goodbye to late nights, road anger, and the like, and always feeling that you are running out of time, then try using the speed tracker watch. Future you will be grateful. Trust me, I know.
